Founded by Brady and his business partner/trainer Alex Guerrero, TB12 is a comprehensive, customizable training method for achieving superior athletic performance and longevity. Using a holistic approach to muscle pliability, hydration, nutrition, functional strength and conditioning, and cognitive health, TB12 empowers you to reach your peak performance, shatter all expectations, and exceed your personal goals.

Notable attendees at the TB12 Boston grand opening event include Alex Guerrero, TB12 CEO John Burns, Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara, Bruins forward Charlie Coyle, Under Armour founder and CEO Kevin Plank, E! News host Jason Kennedy, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, and Ocean Spray Cranberries CEO and president Bobby Chacko.

The new TB12 Boston location features features two floors, a smoothie bar, retail shop, one-on-one training, and group training. This is the second TB12 facility to open; Brady and Guerrero opened their first location in Foxborough in 2013.
